Vita+: The supplement our fish need

With the arrival of winter, fish farmers face an important challenge to keep in good conditions their facilities´ production. This period stops our fish´s growth together with pathologies and associated mortalities creating weight lost and decreasing our farm production rates. In those fishes that are big enough to be sold, the problem is bigger because sexual maturity starts in autumn. Termical stress and lost of weight rise and fish´s general state gets worse because a great part of energies' supplies go to gonadal tissue production.

Vita + evaluation in experimental tests in research centres and business exploitations, shows results that turn this product into a perfect diet in the hardest cultivation periods. Dibaq R+D

The studies carried out in Dibaq Aqaculture´s Alfacs experimentation centre, under real fattening conditions, face six cages feeded with Vita + during the hardest months of the year (minimum temperature is 48.2°F) to other six cages without this new diet. Results show that this product is a great chance to boost our fishes´ health getting them ready for winter and getting a final cage's biomass because of the decrease of mortality during this hard period.
