Technological and scientific advances.
In DIBAQ, we have a complete quality control laboratory where everyday we analyse all the commodities that will form part of our
products before going through the production process. Likewise, all the manufactured references in the company are exhaustively
analysed to guarantee the nutritious, chemical, physical and organoleptic properties following the guarantees and the analysis plan
agreed with our clients, as well as the regulations in force.
The Central Laboratory is divided in four different sections:
- Laboratory of Physical control: measurement of density, organoleptic aspect, floatability as well as fine and
- Laboratory of Basic Chemical Control: NIR techniques (near infrared), raw protein determination (Kjeldahl
Method), crude fat (Soxhlet Method), rough cellulose (digestion Method with H2SO4 and NaOH), humidity, ashes, pH, free fatty acids,
- Laboratory of Fine Chemical Control: we have Masses-Masses Chromatography techniques, HPLC, Team of Atomic
Absorption and Ultraviolet spectrophotometer to carry out precise and more exhaustive controls on raw materials and final products
regarding nutritional quality and environment.
- Laboratory of Microbiology and Ictiopathology Control: using traditional microbiology techniques by microscopy
and cultivations as well as molecular biology techniques by means of real time PCR.
